      No Pros can be thought of!

      Cons

      - Politically best. - Managers are cranky and Top management supports cranky managers. - They shout at their top of their voice without Ethics to their juniors. - Doesn't recognize Hard work. - Rough when advising juniors. - Rude managers are given top priority. - No hike. If there's a new joiner he is threatened to be in PIP when there is appraisal and the appraisal is cancelled. - Managers have the worst insane behavior. More cons to be pointed. I guess the above should be sufficient to not join a company like Solutions Infini.

      Pros

      I think this is one of the best company which i have worked for.I am this company since a year .I love my Job and also i can see the growth in my career too in this company. Infact i would like to refer my friends for the job.I really enjoy my work through the work environment.In most of the company we get stressed out but in this company i will be always active only because here employees take the things in easy way and get all work done on the time.The employees never be demotivated.Its really great working With Solutions Infini.

      There is nothing to say bad about this company.As its one of the best industry i am working for .
