      Great people on the team in all different roles. Owner, senior management and staff have integrity and really care about the clients. Hard-working, friendly, dedicated caring team.

      Cons

      Currently entering into a growth phase so lots of changes. Overall this is still a good thing.

      Pros

      Both the founder and President of the company really care about their clients and their staff. This shows in everything they do. While we are expected to work hard, we always know that our work is appreciated. Very stable team with very little turnover.

      Cons

      Deadlines can sometimes be stressful - but just a necessary part of the job.
