Its a job if you are despite....

-Mandatory Conference calls with no pay. -Minimum pay -Since its such a small company who are considered "big wigs?" are just people who think they got up there because they are good but they are just family members who doesn't treat employees right and use the ranking to abuse employees. -They screw you on taxes!! make sure you are always looking at your taxes and pay stub how much you contribute on Federal and State. if you start working here you will owe every year since they DO NOT allocate any on taxes.
