There are good people here, but the culture can be highly political. If you’re not personally connected with upper management, you may find yourself excluded, overlooked, or unsupported.
Cons
The workload here is overwhelming, with too many projects assigned to a single person and little to no design variety. Although the company promotes work–life balance and early Friday releases, this is not the reality—you often end up working late hours and even weekends just to keep up.
The office is disorganized, and workload distribution is uneven and unfair. Too much time is spent on minor, unnecessary tasks while actual project work receives little attention. Despite working hard, it never feels like enough, and support is limited because everyone is already overloaded.
Overall, the firm did not meet expectations and struggles to provide a balanced or well-structured work environment.
