Cons
Awful awful awful training "program". There is no proper training responsible and you are given tasks very fast and be expected to know them perfectly after a few days. Due to the company being relatively small, the educational component in the introductory phase of a new position is basically non-existant. You are expected to do tasks that go out of bounds from your contract, without notice. The customer service team is understaffed and underwhelmingly supported. Clear favorable treatment and inconsistencies with newer employees and absolutely NO benefits. The management and board of this company are extremely cheap so might as well keep a call center job and get the proper benefits and vacation then stay there.
