Management asks you to lie to customers and clients on a daily basis about time frames and products. Which doesn't surprise me because they lie to employees all the time. Customers call and complain often that we have lied to them or that we have created a mess and never cleaned up after ourselves. The office is always uncomfortable, because you never know when you will upset someone. If you do upset the wrong person you will get cursed out or fired. I have been cursed out by my immediate boss several times and have watched several people get let go. Your boss is always away and you can never get in touch with them if there is an issue. There is no professionalism or morals within the staff. Several hard working people have been fired in the passed few weeks for no reasoning, so now most of the office is in fear of losing their jobs. The turn over rate for this company is absolutely crazy! From what I see the only people that have worked for the company for over a year are the family members that own the company and their personal friends, probably why they gave the five star reviews. They came out with a hand book a few weeks ago and one of the first things that the handbook says is that it is that they can fire you with no reasoning. This seems to happen very often. So this job has no real job security, they seem to throw you out like yesterdays trash. There are no formal company meetings and your concerns are never a priority. The insurance is a complete joke. With the little amount of money you make with this company you spend most of your paycheck on insurance. If you need to add family your entire check goes to insurance. So you chose to eat or have health insurance.
