Super environment for learning sales techniques and processes from some masters. I had to learn to take responsibility for my daily actions, not easy but makes for a great income.

Below average pay for market standards across the board. Great hiring pitch that includes promises of training, development of employees, and bonuses. The reality of almost every position is that you spend more time putting out fires from the previous employee than actually building business in the community. The truth is that printers and office equipment are old news in this economy. There is no future in this type of business and although they claim they handle "document management", the majority of their business comes from selling and renting office equipment and printers. Unless they evolve into more IT and network security they will most likely continue to see a decline in both customers and employee satisfaction.
