Pros

They have a lot of events and activities conducted. My colleague circle is very high motivated since they are not reporting to the P&C Department.

Cons

Toxic and Unprofessional HR Leadership: The HR department is headed by a family member of the founder who lacks professional boundaries and severely micromanages the staff. She frequently exhibits unprofessional behavior, including shouting at employees over minor things (like office snacks) and badmouthing staff behind their backs to create division. Lack of Respect for Company Leadership: This individual openly disparages top management in front of subordinate staff—using highly inappropriate language to describe the Managing Director and dismissing the Board's authority—while acting completely differently to their faces. Questionable Operational Practices: HR operational boundaries are frequently crossed. There have been instances of staff salaries being purposely delayed or held back. Additionally, upper management time is wasted on micromanagement tactics, such as standing at the lobby acting like a traffic cop to monitor physical attendance. Cliquish and Fear-Driven Culture: The workplace is heavily divided into "favored circles." If you do not belong to the inner circle or happen to disagree with the HR leadership, you are actively isolated and targeted. Employees who see this happening are too terrified to speak up or step out of line, fearing they will be the next target.

the only pro is a good small team of developers.

This is one of the most disappointing companies I have experienced. The HR maintains excessive oversight of employees, creating an environment that feels more controlling than supportive. As a family-managed company, certain individuals appear to exercise their authority with a sense of entitlement, often showing a lack of respect toward subordinates. The workplace culture is highly restrictive and can feel more akin to constant surveillance than a professional working environment.

Family business, high turnover rate, always reply in sarcasm way, not professional, no career growth AT ALL. More negative than positive
