Pros

Might be helpful to improve Communication skills, 6 working Days in a week, 3 or 5 Hours of work each day, work from home. "No learnings, no value in this job"

Cons

1. Time waste 2. No proper policy of work. 3. No proper communication regarding the selection process of recruitment. 4. No doubts clarification. 5. Targets in recruitment like you have to do atleast 9 recordings of the aptitude test. No convertion rate is being updated directly. If I have done 9 in a day they change the expected number of tests to 12. 5. This company doesn't even have proper website, LinkedIn profile. 6. Doesn't share job description to the candidates who are attending the tests. 7. Unnecessary tests(same test) are being conducted for those who has already completed. Sometimes few candidates are getting irritated and asking me why they need to attempt the same test 5 or 6 times when they have submitted properly and correctly. 8. I don't even think they provide certificate for working if I get the certificate I'll update this. 9. No learning no value. I would rather be unemployed than working here for no learning value. 10. Don't expect anything from this company like stipend, certificates, learning skills etc. 11. Waste of time for candidates and interns.

Pros

Nothing for this company to say

Cons

"Warning: Beware of SolutionGraph, Mumbai I'm sharing my disappointing experience with SolutionGraph, a company based in Mumbai ((link unavailable)). Despite completing my HR role, I haven't received my dues or certification. Details: Company Name: Solution Graph Location: Mumbai Website: (link unavailable) Issue: Non-payment of dues and certification I've tried reaching out to the HR representative, but my efforts have been ignored. As a professional, it's disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior. I hope this post serves as a warning to others who may be considering working with SolutionGraph. I urge the company to take responsibility for their actions and settle my dues. Has anyone else had a similar experience with SolutionGraph? Share your story in the comments below. Let's stand together against unprofessional behavior and advocate for fair treatment in the workplace.
