      Pros

      Consultant Managers and Managing Directors are in tune and very supportive of their consultants. They really make sure that we have everything we need to be successful. Company events and groups are active, and I've genuinely never worked somewhere where I like every person I interact with as much as I do here.

      Cons

      Health insurance selections are pretty sub-par (Nice Healthcare is great though). ESOP is nice, but 401k match, when it's active is also pretty sub-par.

      Pros

      I love working at SDG. The people make it way more pleasurable working here. We have company events and in office days that are great for interaction and getting to know my co-workers better. Overrall a good experience.

      I have no downfalls about working at SDG.
