First they hire you after so many interviews and then after few month HR will fire you saying your senior are not comfortable to working with you. If you will try to put your point in front of them, Then also will get to here that you have attitude issue so don't know what company want. If they really they don't want you they will fire you anytime by any reason like if you technically good then HR will say your attitude is not good.
