Pros
All the good things are actually related to the people who work at the company. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional and to work with them is just delightful.
Cons
Most of the devs are juniors and therefore there is barely any opportunity for mentoring other than actually working on solving problems (which are mostly related to the issues and limitations of low-code platforms). Also, the fact that there is not too many seniors (actually just one) means that code review is not a common practice, which is not the worse thing ever but for devs is a nice to have since it helps you learn ways to improve your coding skills.
