Goal oriented as it is an implementation partner. It get repeat customers. The customers have complete faith in the services provided by this company and its consultants. Friendly environment for the employees. It has strong Team work culture.
Cons
Small team and less number of projects makes it harder to grow vertically in the organisation. the Reward programs need to be revamped and more incentives to be added to motivate the consultant to push for better performance. capacity building through Employee training also could be a possible room for improvement.
