      Pros

      There is a lot of variety in work—something I feared before working as an in-house designer. I'm given a lot of trust, which is amazing for my growth. I have never felt like I have been micromanaged. Great culture and people, upper management really make you feel appreciated and respected. Excellent work/life balance, and amazing perks.

      Honestly couldn't think of anything!

      Great discounts, there is a lot of support from the business and it is accessible at any time.

      Cons

      The company is downsizing which means benefits such as discounts are also being lost for some venues.
