Pros
People were great. Select few became life long friends. Plenty of unique challenges to tackle, company allowed you to essentially define your own destiny in terms of what to work on.
Cons
Constant turnover, always had new managers/supervisors with different styles to which employees had to adapt to. Lots of overtime, so work/life balance took a hit. Mgmt bonuses were upwards of 20x what engineers made as bonuses (one executive made more in his annual bonus than I did as my salary).
