Pros
Solomon Systech has strong design teams. Strong and very capable middle managers leads various groups. Good place to learn, with very challenging targets to meet.
Cons
Little transparency, although this is somewhat reasonable given the size of staff; it is needed for staff retention. Stressful schedule, and work is overloaded; it is about 1.25X overloaded, especially the better staff.
