Pros

It's a company that did at some point in its history try to be a good place to work

Cons

Toxic environment 101 - In my opinion, Great hustlers grew a company by hustling hard, but couldn't really get beyond the "founder's mode" limit... and admittedly, There are business models where you can be huge and run on 100% "founders mode" - solar is just not one of those business models

Pros

I struggle to find any positives from this firm. They pay is bad, no perks and what is more important the culture is horrible and this is entirely driven by the founders and the few other early hires who occupy C-suite positions.

Cons

The company is dominated by the two founders and the CEO who possess an unbelievable combination of bloated ego and low competence. This is evidenced by the fact that the company has failed to reach it's revenue targets for several consecutive years and is making a loss. In fact, in 2025 they had significant lay-offs (both permanent and temporary) due to poor financial results. The founders and CEO's answer to these poor results is to fire people who actually do the work and hire more and more executives, probably expecting a miracle from them. Furthermore, the recent company global employee survey revealed extremely poor satisfaction among the workforce so don't expect to jump into a dynamic and supportive growth culture, despite their LinkedIn posts. In fact, it is more probable that your ideas and initiatives will be turned down immediately and if you are one of the"lucky" people, one of the founders will call you during the evenings and shout at you and call you stupid. In case you still consider employment here, do yourself a favour and seek out ex-Solnet employees from LinkedIn prior to accepting a job offer to gain an understanding of what it was to work there and how the business was going. This is the best action you will take that year!

Pros

Fantastic employee still working there

Cons

No leadership capabilities, since there is lack of integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, compassion, and resilience. The leaders are making mistakes year after year and are not learning about their mistakes, they are not capable to communicate their vision, informing the targets or are not showing gratitude, or are unable to collaborate. The management is very selfish and prioritize only their own needs. People working in the leadership do not understand differences of culture between other countries and do not want to understand the differences. The employees are treated very badly. The only target is to sell, no matter how, but there are no business know-how and projects are delayed all the time because of lack of know-how in leadership. In general, a very, very bad company. Can just recommend to stay out of this company.
