Innovative, Learning culture. Good management employee relations and always investing in new technology innovation. Dominant marketshare in Japan
Cons
A bit old school. Not much experience outside Japan. ENgineer driven so user interfaces on products are quite crude. CUlture is very very Japanese and almost all management is Japanese.
