      Pros

      Salary is adequate for area. Customers are awesome. Engineers are top notch. Owner is honest.

      Cons

      Far too many to post. I am certain upper management would ruin my reputation if I left. Management is abusive and delights in causing friction among staff. Its amazing they haven't had legal problems from the way they treat their employees.

      Everyone here is treated as a close friend you've known for years. People are always there to help. It's actually like a family that gets along and genuinely cares about each other. Unlimited PTO

      There is a very short list of people who may not be as technical as their job requires

      Needs salary improvements Tech for over 20 yrs No negotiations Or counteroffers to go Ifrom. Prn to full time But a new hired tech less years of experience gets paid more
