- Constant expectation to go well above and beyond hours without appreciation, time off in lieu or payment - Poorly organised and repetitive training which doesn't address real needs of students - Generally unhappy and miserable staff at all levels due to stress and lack of funding - Absolutely no budget for necessary materials - Very bad communication between staff and management
