Pros

Here's what some of the Pros of working at Solido are: - Small but growing team of intellectually bright, culturally diverse and socially responsible people - Welcoming environment: Having worked in several multinational companies prior to Solido, I can confidently say that the work environment here is far better than any I've come across. - Mentally stimulating: working here pushes your limit to thinking out of the box. - Transparent: Accommodating and not short-sighted. Solido believes in lean engineering -pretending to do work becomes apparent rather quickly. You wont stick around too long if you think you can slack off and pretend to work. - Competitive pay: Solido offers very competitive pay, purely based on experience, performance and skills.

Cons

If you slack off and don't do much work, you wont last too long.

Pros

Flexible work schedule, challenging problems, great environment and employees. Fantastic communication flows through the organization: e.g., CTO and CEO are always available if needed. Supportive board of directors. Good work/life balance. Reasonable remuneration. Company really seems to be moving in a positive direction -- currently four positions open and plans to hire more. Has been restructured a couple of times, but most employees are long term and churn rate is low.

Cons

- Dynamic environment means that it sometimes takes some time to find your own place. - Learning curve is very, very high: only highly motivated people should apply - Experiences growing pains typical of smaller companies -- training path is getting better, but still a bit rocky.
