Pros

Paid trainings (though you obviously can't use anything outside of Solidcore), free drop-in classes, some opportunities for growth.

Cons

Really easy to get burned out, mandatory holidays and weekends (so if you work other jobs you never get a day off), if you're not absolutely in love with the workout it can get boring to teach, "feedback" can feel nit-picky and micromanagey, unspoken pressure to teach in a specific "voice," instead of leaning into your own personality and vibe, which makes it hard to lean into your strengths and actually teach the best classes you can.

Pros

Free classes at [solidcore] and other fitness partners, paid training, free merch, company actually pays coaches well compared to other boutique fitness studios

Pros

Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

Cons

People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
