Pros

Good workout and (some) nice clients.

Cons

The pay is a joke here. If you’re privileged enough to have a rich spouse, then you can survive on the salary (which, ironically, describes a lot of the area managers and directors). You aren’t treated as a person; they just care how much money you make for the company. I was treated nicely until I put in my notice, then the tables quickly turned and I saw my boss’s true colors. The unlimited PTO is a scam and only benefits them financially because they aren’t held liable for any unused hours like more efficient companies. You will be overworked (expected to do 3-4 management jobs in 1), called on your days off, and working terrible hours. You will be expected to do extra work and trainings, teach extra classes when needed, and not get compensated for it. Just don’t do it.

Pros

Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

Cons

People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
