There is always room to take on additional projects, to learn and grow in your area as well as other areas, etc. The environment is very collaborative and supportive all-around. Also, we are growing quite rapidly meaning the opportunities for professional growth and development are truly endless.
Cons
You have to be okay navigating through ambiguity and being flexible due to the growth we are experiencing. I wouldn't say this is necessarily a con, but it's important for anyone joining our organization to be okay with that.
