      Salary is below market average for similar fitness boutiques while expecting more time worked and classes coached — it is more lucrative to be only a coach than a coach/manager No definitive work/life balance Lack of or inconsistent communication from higher ups

      Free classes at [solidcore] and other fitness partners, paid training, free merch, company actually pays coaches well compared to other boutique fitness studios

      Pros

      Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

      Cons

      People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
