      Pay is good, and potential to make excellent money with equity grants.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work-life balance. Expected to be online nights and weekends. Office is one big room, so noises from others or the ping-pong table at lunch are distracting.

      Great co workers Convenient location

      Cons

      Bad work culture, lack of respect for lab workers and other entry level positions. Unless you have a PHD, you will not be respected or advance your career. Upper management disorganized, and high risk health hazards that aren't taken seriously.
