      Nothing at all, no pros to mention.

      Cons

      They don't have professionalism, work ethics and any Standard procedures for operating. Nothing is fixed in this organisation, like the amount of leaves, holiday list, salary credit date etc. Everything keeps on changing as per the will and wish of the higher ups.
