      I am appreciative of those who came to my aid when I was about to lose it.

      Cons

      Their extensive training is a joke. It's a crash course in sugarcoating listings and pressure clients, not actual knowledge or strategy. You'll be expected to perform like a seasoned shark on day one, with minimal support and maximum pressure to close deals.

      Pros

      You can earn quite a bit of money through commissions, but Solid Source will still find ways to pay you less than what you actually earned.

      Cons

      Solid Source Realty is run by a bunch of crooks who don't care about their employees, and only care about their own interests. They'll force you to work to death, then proceed to give an endless stream of excuses as to why they're not paying you the full amount you deserve.
