Management is hostile. Makes any excuse not to give you a raise. Retirement match is below average. Pay is below average.

Easy work Interesting Pay is okay could be way better

Accusing employees of misconducts. General manager threatening to fire us occasionally. Supervisor is miserable and can be taken as a bully. They are not inclusive with their employees. I’ve seen people walk out because they were treated so badly.
