      Pros

      Meaningful projects and work is interesting, requires both, software development and mathematics. Low hierarchy and no one tells you exactly what and how to do something. Though you get easily help, if you need that. Good work life balance and nice colleagues.

      Limited room for career advancement.

      Pros

      friendly and nice colleagues benefits fair salary Good opportunity to try new things but it doesn't go further than that!

      Cons

      No clear direction or vision from management. No one knows what the company is doing or headed, management is shuffling around the engineers in a sad attempt to keep them happy. Tons of great projects get tossed around, shut down, and picked up years later.
