      The product itself is quite good and easy to understand.

      Cons

      But if you are interested in a great working culture with sense of psychological safety, that is not a place for you. Diversity of the top management is relatively low which leads to a weak decision making culture. Employees are seen simply as resources, not as human beings and not treated equally.

      Pros

      friendly and nice colleagues benefits fair salary Good opportunity to try new things but it doesn't go further than that!

      Cons

      No clear direction or vision from management. No one knows what the company is doing or headed, management is shuffling around the engineers in a sad attempt to keep them happy. Tons of great projects get tossed around, shut down, and picked up years later.
