The things that make Soliant unique are also what can be a deterrent to some colleagues, especially in this day and age where we think the grass is always greener. WFH is an earned privilege through certain sales metrics and not standard, especially when you start. As a sales organization, we value collaboration and maximum output while also rewarding those who have earned it the flexibility of WFH. Unlike other companies though, leadership walks the walk. Leadership doesn't get any WFH days.
Some colleagues struggle with ambiguity within the company. This is a result of the "flat" hierarchy and constant obsession with stomping out bureaucracy within the company. It allows the company to be agile, efficient and opportunity internally but also doesn't paint a clear path of what someone's career will look like to the liking of those that need less ambiguity.
