For a company that prides themselves on almost hitting $700 million in revenue they have not increased pay for most of their employees! The recruiters are micromanaged and they validate it by saying they are “training you”
There is no training for management as you grow within the company! They say they are helping people but they are actually cheating their clients out of so much money! They claim they are a premium service but really once you are placed they do not care ab you bc they are making money off of you!
You are told to act like you care instead of actually caring even though you are dealing w peoples lives! It’s sad to see something that has such potential be honestly a hot mess! They also don’t care when recruiters leave bc regardless they are keeping that money you brought them!
