Pros

There is a good balance between work and fun at Soliant. The culture is built around a "work hard, play hart" mentality. Management is focused on employee development and truly cares about their employees. The company puts a lot of energy and time into helping its employees become successful. Soliant encourages employees to voice their opinions, and takes employee's suggestions into account when making decisions. I have been able to manage my home life and career- they strive to create a culture that allows for a work life balance. Nothing better than being part of a growing company!

Cons

Can not think of anything!

Pros

Met some good friends and bonded over shared trauma

Cons

The salary is a misery, there are absolutely no incentives starting at 2% commission - for about a year, commission per month will be about $100 at the very best and yet they lie about first year OTE being about $15k. You’re also encouraged and expected to work over 40 hours a week even though there’s absolutely no incentives to do so and berated when you work what you should: The company has insanely high attrition and turnover rates. The majority of the company is under a year and actively trying to leave. One of their biggest problem is management; the majority of managers should not be in their positions. There’s a toxic culture of pettiness and arrogance. Do not expect to grow professionally at all-I was doing the exact same job as a manager who had been there for almost 10 years. Do not expect to feel supported or heard by any of the higher ups-they actively implements an alarming amount of changes without asking AEs first and then, when they don’t work, they make even more changes. Overall, if you can avoid working at this company, you should. It is a horrible place that preys on new graduates that have limited opportunities.
