Terrible place to work - Anonymous employee Soletrader Employee Review

No manager has stayed more than a couple of months as they can't cope with the word load and the shambles that is head office. There is zero communication between higher staff, and there is constant gossiping and Chinese whispers. Management's mistakes were constantly blamed on the part timers, and no one would own up to their errors. The one good store manager we had, was bullied out of her job. There are no jobs prospects or chances to progress in this company
