Pros

Very few pros left other than remote work and a few good co-workers and customers still remain from the legacy companies and products before Solera acquired them and destroyed them

Cons

Believe all the negative reviews. This place is by far most toxic culture I've ever experienced professionally and it all starts with upper management. They push their own agendas at the expense of employees and customers. It's all for the shareholders and to try to IPO (if they can ever convince anyone to actually believe in the company enough to invest in it, which I personally think will never happen). I have personally seen 8 different director and VP level employees resign over the past 2 years and it's all due to what I described above and toxic executives at the top. They also have fired so many good employees, we can't bill, build, onboard, or support existing or new customers at all, but that doesn't stop leadership from mandating sales and quotas from teams and departments that aren't even in sales! There is so much more I can say but suffice to say, this place will crash and burn soon and you don't want to be there when it happens.
