Messy company structure, typical cold corporate ambient - Software Engineer Solera Employee Review

So much legacy code and bad practices that you don't really learn anything as a developer. So many decisions made from Texas that were insensitive or ignorant to the Spanish culture that it made the relationship very sour. I would not recommend it. It's a typical corporate culture that rules from afar without really fixing things from with in.
