      The colleagues and team leaders are really cooperative even if this is not supported

      Cons

      The high level international managers don't have any vision on business development and management. They are trying to make a Very competitive environment thinking of obtaining advantages from people not cooperating and this is very bad

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
