Don't waste your time - Associate Software Engineer Solera Employee Review

No work life balance. There are many cons. If you are a good candidate don't go with this company. I gone through 2 months of training on java and after 2 months they said you have to prepare on .net by your own. And later they terminate around 80 candidates without reason. If you are a good learner then this company is worst for you it's my personal experience. Your just wasting your time to think of this company.
