Pros
With their extensive turnover, there is opportunity for rapid advancement. If they ever figure it out, which they eventually will once they get rid of current senior management/some ELT members, it could be a great company.
Cons
Bonuses/Raises, which are tiny to begin with, are often paid 6 months plus after year end. I only have line of site into one division but it has massive employee and customer churn. The products are stale and there is very little knowledge, vision to give the customer what they want. They expect you to work endless hours but don’t have the courtesy to recognize most peoples efforts, ever. As an MD, I’ve tried to institute change but the current leadership is too arrogant to even consider someone else’s opinion.
