There are a lot of bright people with great ideas but there is not any sort of strategy in place and a shortage of people to do the tasks needed. Culture is very adversarial from leadership, often times senior leaders go into a yelling & screaming tirade in front of others. Multiple times bonus structures have changed DURING the bonus period. Very poor practice.
