Solera is a passionate work environment made up of driven individuals that desire to raise the bar. We do this by staying laser focused on the 20 that creates the 80. The disruptive and high-paced nature of our business means that we must be fluid, flexible and, most importantly, honest with one another. Feedback is open and direct but never personal so the team succeeds. That is what we call the 90/10. A coach doesn’t yell at his players from the sideline to demean them but to motivate and push them to be the best. That being said, we realize that working for any company is a very personal decision and we are a volunteer force.
