Having been with Solera for many years I can honestly say that the personal development opportunities are endless, you get out what you put in. We are blessed in being able to play with the latest development frameworks and have the freedom to research, train and develop POCs that could lead to business gain. Extremely talented teams and individuals make working at Solera a pleasure, you are trusted to deliver without micro management.
Cons
Many changes happening but if you embrace this the opportunities are endless. I don't like to think of con's but instead areas of opportunity or growth.
