      Audatex Canada is a class leading software company that provides vehicle damage estimating and/or valuation appraisal solutions to the Canadian Insurance industry. Using leading edge valuation methodologies ensures that clients get a prompt and high quality product. The work environment can be fast paced, but very rewarding.

      No Canada-centric HR department to assist with the Canadian Team needs.

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
