Pros

Really nice co-workers (though most have left for better jobs elsewhere), local managers do what they can to make the environment bearable.

Cons

Upper management is being forced into a crash-n-burn scenario by the Solera CEO. CEO is just trying to milk every last dime out of the company before it dies. No lower, mid, or upper manager I've personally spoken with has any faith in the direction they're being forced to go in. There is zero percent chance of success, everyone knows it, no one can do anything about it. Very very sad to see a company that was built up over 30 years by very hard-working and dedicated people get gutted and destroyed.
