Pros

The job is great! This is the best company I have ever worked for! Very polite and understanding supervisors! Great team atmosphere! Awesome training! Very easy job if you take time to research, learn and understand each company. If you decided to be a CSR you have to have patience, kindness and be able to listen well no matter what mood the caller is in.

Cons

The only bad thing I can say about the job is that it can be upsetting when you have to take fatality calls.
