Pros
Generally, the company is great. Most of the employees are super talented and work very hard. Despite sometimes long and odd hours, the company is very supportive of a work-life balance. There's reasonable flexibility in work hours,
Cons
Compensation is good but it could better. Other than that I really cant say anything bad about working for the company. & again the salary is respectable so is this really considered a con?
