      Great people in the UK is probably as positive a comment I can say

      Poor Salaries Failure to keep promises in regards to pay increases for promotions No bonus for 3 years American culture doesn't work in Europe and they don't adjust it Despite all the above no issue spending millions on having their company logo on the Mercedes F1 car

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
