Decent pay if you can deal with the BS.
Cons
The CEO is completely disconnected as is the executive staff. They can’t hold on to an employee to save their life because there are no retention models. No exit interviews. Same with clients. Place is a desert and sales are in the toilet. Solera is in debt and not paying their bills. They just don’t fix anything. Google billing or debt and Solera and you’ll see what we have to deal with every day.
