The atmosphere here is great. Any complaint that was brought to the attention of upper management was handled quickly. Balance of work and life was great.

Owner is too good at ping pong. Warehouse tend to get warm in summer.
SMB is not for everyone. I always take these sort of reviews with a grain of salt b/c sometimes former employees get fired and get bent out of shape b/c they couldn't execute or violate company policies and then start writing somewhere with no checks and balances.
